  • I began working with Mick when I originally started looking to relocate in Florida from upstate New York.  I was interested in the west coast and wanted to learn more about the area.  Mick was great to work with because he listened to my wishes and sent me information about different communities in the area, and sent me a few examples of available properties that matched what I had communicated to him.  Unfortunately, COVID-19 came into the picture and I had to put my plans on hold.  During that time, Mick kept in touch with me, and checked to make sure I was still interested.  As my wishes changed, he was quick to provide me information I needed.  Finally, I was able to arrange a trip down to look at the areas and some properties.  Mick was very organized and showed me several properties, right in line with what I was looking for.  Mick did a wonderful job.  He was welcoming, organized, and knew what I wanted.

    I was down to the wire in finding a new rental home and was making sure I was considering all options before making my final decision.  Mick stepped up to the challenge and was there for me!  Not only did he find possibilities for my consideration but also went over and above by reaching out to the other agents allowing me to contact them directly to make arrangements to view the rentals all within a week.  Talk about a crunch time!  As you can imagine, this was a stressful time for me and I have to honestly say, Mick’s eagerness to help, his positive attitude, persistence and fortitude were amazing!  Because of him, I was able to relax knowing I was in good hands.  I trusted him and his advice and because of Mick I was able to make a final decision on my future rental home and feel good about it!  I cannot thank him enough!  I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends!  His willingness to help and his giving over 100% of himself day and night make him one in a million in my book!  Thank you Mick!!
