With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Grant’s background spans a diverse breadth of valuation, sales and consulting services. With access to a wide network of real estate professionals, he has provided acquisition and disposition services to institutional investment firms as well as owner operators. He is a highly regarded expert in the valuation of commercial property and manages a team of
experienced appraisers.
He expanded his practice in 2010 to include consulting and sales for the RV Park and Campground Industry. He is a member of the Florida RV Park and Campground Association (FARVC) as well as numerous other RV associations and has been invited to speak at campground conferences on valuation and appraisal. He is excited to bring his strong resume, contacts and proven track record to lead the commercial division of C21 Coastal Alliance.
